Lulu

Seems like we've found the only cat (after Hello Kitty) who has her own logo!

Her name is Lulu, she is adorable. Her logo was created by Alexander Shevchuk who is a boyfriend of Lulu's owner Sasha Genrich.  Nice to meet you!
